Application Time

the 2010-2011 Head Start Program. If you know of anyone who
has an eligible 4 year old child, please have them contact

You will receive information regarding
kindergarten registration during your educational home
visit. The registration date for Cobb County is March 31
from 8:30 until 11:00 a.m. at your local school. If you are
still unsure which school your child will attend, call
770-429-3110 for Marietta City or 678-594-8000 for Cobb
County Schools. Families who live in the Cobb County School
District with internet access can find out what school their
child will attend by going to www.cobb.k12.ga.us and
clicking on bus routes. |

Month
Emergency
Evacuation Plan 2010
In case of an emergency which may require the children to
evacuate from the Allgood Head Start Building the following
will be implemented.
All children will exit through the lower hall rear doors to
the playground.
Staff will assist in leading them through the double gates
on the playground and down the sidewalk on Pine St. to the
Pine Street Baptist church building.
Staff will keep all emergency contact information with the
children and contact parents with cell phones. |
